DBL Talbots LLP operates from offices at Wolverhampton, Codsall and Dudley West Midlands and offers a comprehensive range of quality legal services from its three offices based in the Black Country.

DBL Talbots LLP has been in operation under its present name since 1st May 2009 but can trace its history back to 1952 as the successor practice to the long established Law Firm of Dunham Brindley & Linn (DBL).

DBL Talbots LLP – Our History

Peter Dunham was the founder of the Firm which later traded as Dunham Brindley & Linn (DBL); he started in practice on his own account on 1st January 1952 from 84 Darlington Street Wolverhampton. On 1st January 1953 Stanley Brindley joined with Peter in Partnership trading as P S Dunham & Brindley. On 1st July 1958 James Linn joined as a Partner and the Firm changed its name to Dunham Brindley & Linn in 1961.

DBL Talbots LLP – The Current Practice

Dunham Brindley & Linn was restructured with effect from 1st May 2009 when the former Partners of DBL John Wetherall, Peter Hill, Louise Jones and Diane Jones joined with Martyn Morgan and Derek Simmonds along with Mary Mocklow as Practice Director to form DBL Talbots LLP.

Martyn Morgan and Derek Simmonds are both experienced Solicitors and are also Partners in the long established Law Firm of Talbots Solicitors based in Stourbridge and Kidderminster.
